A free printable housewarming card…
Being that we’re avid DIY’ers, and paint A LOT of things…I always have paint swatches lying around collecting dust. I created this little housewarming card using some basic cardstock and a orphaned paint swatch….

And I wanted to share them with you because I think they’re pretty darn cute! So grab these “happy housewarming” printable tags / bottle labels or whatever you want to call them by clicking the image below to download right now ?
Not much to these little bottle labels, but here’s what you’ll need to “make” them:
supplies needed for housewarming card / printable tags:
- downloaded free printable tags
- home printer
- basic cardstock
- glue stick or hot glue gun
- scissors
- ribbon
- hole punch
- paint swatch(es)
how to assemble your housewarming card / printable tags:
Easy breezy guys. Here goes…
Pint out the printable tags using your home printer. Don’t allow the printer to scale anything. Just print at 100% sizing. Make sure it’s color, and not grayscale.
Cut out the printable tags. There are three per page, each with a slightly different color palette. This is the point I always say to myself, “maybe I should splurge for one of those fancy printer cutter-outer things that everyone has,” and then I don’t splurge and end up using the old-fashioned scissors.
Using your cut house as a template, cut the paint swatch to the same size, then glue them together, back to back. You’ll end up with the text on one side, and your paint swatches on the other. You can write a little message or your to: from: lines directly on the paint swatch card.
There is a labeled circle on the printable tags for your hole punch. Once you’ve punched the hole, slip some ribbon through, and your bottle labels, or your housewarming card is ready to be hung on a nice bottle of wine or a fun housewarming gift. Happy gifting ?!
No housewarming parties on the horizon? No problem! Pin this post for later:
