A DIY pumpkin from a People magazine? Why not? It’s a) quirky b) a little cheeky c) completely unorthodox. Add those together, and the sum total is F-U-N.

The world is full-o-serious right now. Why not get out some merlot and the Modge Podge and do something a little 2nd-grade-esque for a few minutes? I don’t know about you, but non-serious fits me like a fave pair of blue jeans at this moment in time.
how to make a Modge Podge and magazine DIY pumpkin:
This DIY pumpkin is so super duper easy I’m not even going to bore you with an official tutorial. The basics are: cut out some fun, colorful images from your magazine(s), then glue them onto your pumpkin. Ta-da! Remember when working with Modge Podge, more is usually better.
The more Modge Podge, the more your images will really look like they are a part of the pumpkin. This is NOT a clean craft. Use your fingers to smoothe out wrinkles and bumps.
