Yo yo yo – want some fun (and free!) Valentine printables? Then you’ve come to the right spot!
Last year, our school went “candy-free” for Valentine’s parties. Super lame if you ask me, but unfortunately, they didn’t ask me. The mandate came down, and us parents had to scramble to figure out fun non-candy alternatives for the kids.
Last year, we shared these fun (and also free) emoji valentines and “handy” valentine printables. And this year, we’re sharing these yo-yo printable valentines! It’s a fun solution for you AND me!
Here’s what you’ll need for these printable valentines…
Supplies for yo-yo printable valentines
- free digital download yo yo printable valentines
- white card stock paper (or plain printer paper will do in a pinch)
- inexpensive yo-yo toys
- scissors or paper cutter/paper trimmer
- stapler
- Ziplock-style snack bags
How to assemble your yo-yo valentines
1. Download & print.
First step is to simply download your yo-yo valentines PDF and print out on your home color printer.
Alternatively, you could send to your local print shop, if preferred. These valentines print two per page.
2. Sign, Seal & Deliver.
Have your child sign the to/from lines on the valentines, then place the yo-yo’s in snack bags.
Fold the valentine printables length-wise and staple the sealed snack bag between the front and back of the valentine card.
Despite no sugar being used in the making of these valentines, the kids are really happy with them. So if they’re happy, we’re happy, right?
