Free printable basketball valentine for kids…
I don’t know about you, but the school Valentine’s Day party was one I always loved as a child. Back then, things were a bit easier on parents.
We could grab a box of paper valentines from the grocery store. Then we’d sit at the kitchen table, scrawl 25 names on the back, and that was it.
Nowadays, you can hardly find store-bought valentines anymore. And the ones that are out there are sad, at best.

Luckily, there’s an entire world of free printable valentines for kids on Pinterest. There are amazing, homemade valentines for kids with just about any theme you could possibly want or dream up.

Oh, and before I forget…if you have a family at home, the holidays are the BEST times of the year, but also the most stressful. Our to-do list is packed with holiday tasks, and everything else falls at the wayside. If clutter and disorganization are stealing the joy from your holiday fun, I can help! Grab this free list of 60 simple decluttering wins that can help you get organized and clutter-free 5-minutes at a time!
When I’m not feeling particularly creative, I hop on Pinterest with the kids and have them each pick out a printable they like. Then I just print some out, and we call our valentine’s day prep done.
This year though, I made the mistake of looking around online for little toys to hand out with one of my little ones sitting next to me. We have a no-candy policy at our school, so I always try to find little inexpensive toys to give out with our Valentine’s day cards.

Our youngest saw these basketball hoop toys and decided those are what he wanted to give out. I will say, they are actually really fun little toys.
I went ahead and made some fun, basketball-themed printables to go with our mini-basketball games. And I gotta say, I think they turned out pretty darn cute!
Here’s what you’ll need to whip your own basketball valentines together in a flash:
