My daughter’s favorite animal is a pig. And since I was trying to create felt Christmas ornaments that could be removable from little houses, cases, nests and what-have-you, I thought a “pig in a blanket” would be a really fun idea to tackle.
The little pig even has a curly-que little tail!

We live on some land with a fair number of trees and tend to find abandoned nests from time to time. So I decided to use this little nest to house our little owl felt Christmas ornament.
